Soft Skills Development

Reentry Bridge
Reentry Bridge supports justice‑involved youth as they transition back into school, work, and community life. The program focuses on rebuilding confidence, establishing stability, and creating pathways that promote positive choices and long‑term growth.
Partnership Statement
Operation IMPACT collaborates with community organizations such as Tidewater Community College Workforce Solutions and the Norfolk Juvenile Detention Center (NJDC) to support youth empowerment and soft skills development. Formal partnership agreements are currently in development.
